MEANDER ~ Intermediate Level Solo Piano

Meander is an original piece written by Jacki Alexander for intermediate to early advanced solo piano. Visualize a lovely trip down a meandering river with luscious scenery as you pass through different “tempos” (speed, pace, etc.) of the winding waterway. There is a turbulent section that is rather dark and contains a classical/Baroque-like passage this gives this piece an elegant feel. This piece contains triplets, 16th notes, fermatas, short fermatas, ritardando, crescendo and decrescendo, diminuendo, ff, and ledger line notes.
